Before: During the real estate transaction, it was identified that the home's basement system, part of an older mitigation setup, was unsealed, allowing radon levels to reach 7.1 pCi/L. After: After our intervention, where we sealed the basement system effectively, the home now maintains radon levels well below the EPA's action guidelines.
