If I could give 10 stars I would! Outstanding in everyway. When I called I spoke with Melanie who was incredibly helpful and answered every question I had. She came out on the weekend to accommodate my schedule which was above and beyond great service. She really listened as we went through different options and was very thoughtful in her approach. We set the appointment to have it done only a few day later. Nathan and Isaias came out and were absolute professionals. They listened and provided great explanations of exactly how the job would be done. They were both incredibly meticulous and their attention to detail was amazing. These two are not installers, they are craftsman. I am pretty sure the area was left in better condition and cleaner after they had finished. Before they left they walked me through the whole system making sure they answered every question. Again the attention to detail and care that they took was absolute craftsmanship. I have a constant monitoring device and the levels are reading below the average level of the outdoors. So I can say that not only are the people and work fantastic, but the system works!!! They are also very well priced and more affordable than many of the others out there. Call APEX now, you will be very glad you did.
