Photo Album: Advanced Radon Mitigation for New House in Oxford

In a newly built 2022 home in Oxford, CT, a sophisticated radon mitigation system was installed to address critical radon levels of 16 pCi/L. Despite the presence of a passive system, extensive cracks in the 400 sq ft basement floor required an upgrade.
